our process

1. preliminary

We meet for an initial discussion to discuss your brief, and establish your requirements and budget; after which we provide a cost estimate for the project and undertake design research, site visits etc if required.

2. conceptual design

After a more comprehensive site analysis and further communications, a concept design is produced and presented from your brief. We then work closely with you, working through changes to finalise your design, until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

We ensure all the necessary provisions are taken ie planning checks, developers approvals.

3. pricing documentation

A set of plans are produced to allow initial pricing for materials and labour etc, and these plans can be sent to contractors for necessary documentation for consent (ie truss design and engineering).

4. consent documentation

When you are ready to proceed to obtaining consent, we complete the plans and collate any supporting documentation and submit the project for consent. We then attend to any RFIs (request for further information) and ensure the consent is released in a timely
manner, ready for construction to begin.

5. post-consent support

We can then assist with any post consent amendments (changes to the design), or project management and observation with subcontractors etc. This may include site
meetings to observe or monitor.
